Planning tips
- Thursday’s Sneak Peek (Feb 19, 6:30–10:00 p.m., $150 charity evening) was a separate product — not the same as the daytime general-admission ticket. Beneficiaries named for 2026 included Victory Academy, Boys & Girls Club of Portland Metro, and Meals on Wheels People.
- Box office and admission close one hour before the published closing time — do not plan a last-minute walk-in.
- MAX to the Convention Center / Lloyd District is the cleanest arrival if you are staying downtown; driving means budget for event parking and MLK traffic.
- Tickets were one-day only with same-day re-entry — buy a second day ticket if you need two visits.

- No. Thursday daytime general admission ended at 4:00 p.m. The Sneak Peek charity evening (6:30–10:00 p.m.) was a separate $150 product. Do not assume a day ticket unlocks the evening.
- How long was a ticket good for?
- One calendar day, with same-day leave-and-reenter. Multi-day visits needed a new ticket each day.
- When do doors stop selling?
- Organizers warn that box office and admission close one hour before the scheduled closing time. Arrive earlier than you think, especially Sunday.
- Is this the same as the Vancouver or Seattle car calendar?
- No. OIAS is Portland’s dealer consumer floor. Pair it with PNW region reading or culture weekends (Wekfest Seattle, HondafestNW) only if you want two different trip types — shopping floor vs curated show.
